Design.

Every project is an opportunity to be creative—to add structural design to existing natural beauty. We believe design should be useful, conceptually sound, and visually pleasing. These projects need to work in tandem with the land, creating a low impact and whole system.

Alternative Energy.

Passive and active solar is of interest to us. As a way to become more self sufficient on your land we consult with solar professionals to setup a more closed loop infrastructure within your home.

Framing.

Framing is the armature of any building project. We offer framing from decks, fences, and pergolas to barns and agricultural structures, cottage/ADU’s, homes, and beyond. We are interested in energy efficiency and passive house design, as well as traditional framing techniques.

Water Collection.

Taking a more holistic approach to building, we aim to include elements outside of the structure itself. One approach we can take to a more whole system is harvesting rainwater and reusing greywater for the surrounding landscape.

Finish.

Details are important to us. We offer all phases of finish from energy efficient window and door installation to siding, trim, drywall, plaster, painting, natural finishes, custom furniture etc. We also offer full home retrofit and remodel services.

Edible Landscape.

We are interested in creating organic, edible landscapes in place of ornamentals for a more utilitarian, sustaining environment. Edible gardens are an essential part of our design philosophy.
